Web sites always have a special appeal if pictures of people and places are included. With this in mind, we would like to make this a suggestion list of ideas you might work on in preparation for making your web site. Please remember that lots and lots of pictures usually provide the best results.

• A picture or copy of your church or business logo.
• A picture of your building/property. It is often preferred to have people and cars in this picture.
• A picture of your business sign.
• A picture of the Pastor, wife, and family or similar concept of the proprietor of the business.
• If a church, a picture of the auditorium with people, pastor, musicians, and special happenings.
• A picture of door greeters/receptionist.
• A picture of Sunday School classes you wish to promote.
• Pictures of gatherings or people in assembly areas.
• Pictures of special events representative of your church experience.
• Pictures of families with children in different seating arrangements. Use different seating arrangements such as vertical Dad, Mom, children; or triangular with the leg to the right or left or to both sides off the top. The recommended order would be Father top, Mother (perhaps with baby in arms), then children in order of age/size.
• Pictures of small Bible Studies.
• Pictures of individuals Reading the Bible, in meditation, or in prayer.
• Pictures of two or three visiting - standing and/or seated.
• Pictures of unusual designs or architecture of the building - steeples, designs in stairways, windows, doorways, unusual drive ways, ponds, bush or tree lined paths, and flowers or flower gardens. They may or may not include people.
• IMPORTANT: When taking pictures of people where they are easily identified, you are wise to have each person sign a waver giving you permission to use pictures of them in your organnization's public displays and promotional material. This is particularly important if that individual's name is used. It is especially important that a child's parent or legal guardian sign such a waver.
